The Giada Restaurant Las Vegas at The Cromwell

BREAKFAST MENU

You wake up wondering what to eat before you play a round of golf. You came to Las Vegas to have a golf experience but don’t forget the great food venues we have here. In the heart of the strip of Las Vegas with views of the Bellagio fountains and the world famous Caesars Palace, sits Giada’s restaurant.   There is not much more that can be asked of of a restaurant.   Although they do have a  american breakfast plate go with the boring option.   You should go on an culinary adventure.   The first plate we chose was the Italian Hash (marble potatoes, Nueske’s bacon, finocchiona salumi, peppers, tomato, onion confit with sunny side up eggs & toast) This was a light and delicious twist on hashes, the potatoes were done well and not an overly greasy plate like most hashes.  The finocchino salumi was over powering yet pulled back to complement the other wonderful flavors. We also tried the Salmon Cake Benedict, which featured salmon cakes served on a bed of wilted spinach, with piquillo peppers, poached eggs, prosecco hollandaise & toast.  This was truly a home run of flavors, grab all the ingredients to have an explosion of flavors in your mouth. The salmon is fresh and delicious, the hollandaise was amazing with the hints of a great chef behind the recipe. Next we had the Carbonara Pizza (crispy pancetta, sunny side up egg, fontina & gruyère) for the kid in all of us that want a pizza for breakfast.   Go ahead this momma wont get mad. And to top it all of, what else can you ask for but there very own barista’s making the latte or espresso of your Greams.giadas Giada giada giada coffee
